However, this interpretation of the material included additional scenes and details not covered in the theatrical release of the film, providing readers with an alternative experience. ![]() ![]() Spread across 30 chapters, Batman Forever the Novelisation, told the story of the film, covering all of the key plot points that appeared on screen. The book – written by Peter David – was based on the Batman Forever screenplay by Lee Batchler, Janet Scott Batchler and Akiva Goldsman and offered a printed take on the movie. In 1995, to coincide with the theatrical release of Batman Forever, Warner Books published a tie-in novel, called Batman Forever the Novelisation. ![]()
